The Zoo back in July

A fun day at the zoo with some of the Peterson crew . It was nice that Chace could come with us this time sense all the other times we've been to the zoo he's working . I liked that the zoo now has Dinosaur stuff , it makes it fun for the kids.

Ryker & Jenacee had fun watching the Elephants , the baby one was so dang cute :)

It's crazy to me how big Ryker is getting we have him stand by these every time we come . It's fun to look back from past years to see how he's grown .

Jenacee didn't quite know what to think of the carousel ride But I think she liked it.

We needed to take a brake in the shade a few times because it was soooooo hot !!

After the zoo we went to this yummy pizza place. With Chace working in Salt Lake a lot he's been here a few times and has been telling me he would take me sometime on a date...Well as you see we never made it on a date yet LOL !! It's in the basement of a building and it was a nice cool place for us all to cool off after a HOT day at the zoo. It was really yummy and can't wait to go back again on a "Date" with my hubby .

After this we were all on our way to Wyoming to a family wedding :)

Ryker goes to KINDERGARTEN !!!!

I honestly can't believe this day has come my little boy is off to the BIG school ;(

The night before Chace and I had our first experience of Back to school night!! Ryker was super excited to meet his teacher Mrs Harding . We went walking in Meadow Elementary and Chace said it was so weird walking in his old school now taking his son there:) We walked in to find Ryker's class room and when we found it we went in to look around and Chace said it was the same Kindergarten room he went to !! we thought that was pretty neat .

Ryker had a treasure map on a paper that lead him to all parts of the classroom to find the trash can , the bathroom , drinking fountain etc. Then he drew a picture of himself and then had to take it to his teacher to meet her and she hung it in the hallway with the others. His teacher is super nice I think Ryker (and me:) will be pleased with her .

The morning of his FIRST DAY he picked out his own shirt and shoes to ware. Sense he and the neighbor girl Kayleigh go in the afternoon together I decided to take Ryker to lunch and invited Kayleigh and her mom Heather alone . Ryker choose Chic-fil-A . We went together then afterwards we dropped the kiddos off .

Ryker had a good first day and I didn't even cry like I though I would:) I'm so proud of him and love him so much !!

Jenacee 10 Months !!!

Seriously where dose the time go ??? My baby girl is 10 months old I can't hardly stand it ..

In this picture she just got her hair cut by auntie Jill . It was getting a little long and straggly on top so I had Jill trim it up in the back , she looks so much older :( but Oh so cute.

She is a all over the place !! she stands up to everything and has really good balance by just holding onto one of our fingers. She even can stand alone for a few seconds till she realizes that no one is holding on to her :)

Jenacee is a little dancer , whenever she hears music she moves her body back and forth and it she's standing up to something she shakes it all over it's a crack up !!!

I LOVE this age .. I wish I could freeze her to stay this age a while longer.

HAIR and lots of it !!!! I LOVE doing her hair . I give her something to distract her and I can do just about anything to it . I haven't tried braiding it yet but one day I will attempt to :) She's so fun LOVE her:)

Jenacee thinks she's SO BIG walking behind this fun little walker toy she absolutely LOVES it !!!

Jenacee's first words have been "dad ,dad ", "Kash" her cousins name, "D D dora " she LOVES Dora !!! and she says ma ma and mum only when she is crying :(

Splash Time !!!!

Jenacee and Kash had a blast splashing in the "Baby pool" at grandma Mel's and big brother Ryker tryed to get in with them but there was no room he didn't like swimming by himself in his big pool on the lawn. Jenacee kept trying to crawl out of the pool she's a busy little girl that's for sure..

Every year for Lehi round up we go to all three parades up the road from grandma Opals house on main street. After Saturday's parade we went down to grandma Opals and had a BBQ - Swim party. Calee brought this little blow up pool and it barley fit Jenacee and Evan but hey they still loved it squished and all :)

All the other grand kids played in the sprinklers and the slip and slide.

I LOVE these fun summer days :)

Strawberry 24TH of July

For the 24Th of July weekend we went camping up to Strawberry with my parents ~ Travis , Dawn and Shayla~ grandma RaVae ~ Jeremy , Wendy and there 2 boys . Jill, Ry and Kash came up for the day Saturday. On Sunday Brad , Julie and Tiffany and her 5 kids came up to visit . Michelle and Rick also came up that day .

We had a good time just enjoying one an others company and playing cards.

Jenacee loved riding in the bike trailer, Kash not so much LOL I think her was to tired to enjoy it . But we ad least we got a cute picture of them in it together:)

Ryker, Shayla and LJ had fun together riding there bikes around the loop. When they were taking a break from the bikes they sat at the table at camp and drew pictures with little messages then delivered them to all of us like little mail men it was cute .

We sure had a good time camping with my moms family and can't wait till labor day weekend to go to North Fork :)

9 month baby girl !!!!

My Sweet baby Jenacee is 9 months old :( I hate how fast she is growing up. She now has her 2 bottom teeth and is starting to eat more table food . She takes after her big brother in gagging on the baby food with chunks so I'm going to hold off on those till she gets more teeth.

She is now crawling . We went to Wyoming for Chaces cousin Kade's wedding and we were in the hotel room and Chace and Jenacee were on the bed and all the sudden she crawled to get the remote!!! from that day on she is all over the place . She has become the little vacuum too she puts EVERYTHING in her mouth now that she's mobile and exploring.

We love watching her grow and learn new things . We can't get enough of her .



This is her first time sitting on the grass she didn't cry but she kept curling her feet together and every once in a while she would lift her legs up. She also loves to do patty cake I Love this girl so much !!!!
