Saying goodbye to an old friend....

Our boxer dog Brutus died last night. He was getting old by the look of his gray face and his age of 9 years old. Within the last 3 weeks we noticed him losing weight. This whole weekend he wouldn't eat or drink anything and would just lay around. We are so sad, he was such a good dog . He was a well mannered dog , Chace hardly had to work with him. He listened really well and never left the yard if we left the back gate open . Chace got Brutus as a pup months before we started dating in Nov 1999.(wow that doesn't seem like it was that long ago) So Brutus has been with us from the very beginning. He was Chace's first pet that he called his very own. So it is really hard to lose him but we knew he wouldn't live forever and we are glad he isn't suffering anymore. Brutus is leaving behind his female friend Allie who will miss playing with him.

SNOW IN APRIL

I looked out the window and what did I see.... SNOW!!!!!! Are you kidding me? It is almost
May and it's still snowing. Anyone else annoyed? Sorry to complain but I just want summer
to be here already.

My little man

It has been awhile sense me and Ryker had a picture of just the two of us. So I had my mom take it for me one day on our front porch.

Ryker loves being out side. I wish it would just stay warm I'm sick of it being warm one day and cold the next. I bet you can all agree with me on that.

Bike time

We finally decided to get out the bike and little bike trailer .The weather this weekend is going to be in the high 70s yeah!!! Ryker looks huge in this thing compared to last year,he has grown so much. When we got it out he climbed in it and said "bike mommy please" it was a little chili but we strolled around the neighborhood any way. I told Chace he needs to get a bike to so we can go on little bike rides together because Ryker can't get enough of it!!

About Me

Where was I 10 years ago:

I would have been 16 years old with a license to drive!!!! That sounds scary. Attending Good old A.F High as a Jr. I could have been sluffing school with my friends driving around in my cool brown Buick Park Avenue that sounded like a train when I honked the horn.(ya it was embarrassing). Oh but I had alot of fun in that car.

Of course Popcorn is #1 my favorite is air poped and movie theater with butter and salt. real healthy ha. That's why I don't have it very often but when I do I'm in heaven.

I'm really boring I guess I went from where I grew up in American Fork all my life to Lehi when I got married and yes I'm still here. Although Chace and I first started out in a basement apt then moved to our first home.

What would I do if I were suddenly made a Billionaire:

I would definitely buy a new house with a lot of land so Ryker could ride his motorcycle, 4-wheeler and of course horses. I would give everyone in my family and Chace's family money and take everyone on a nice trip... I could go on for ever baby! but i will stop now.

Being a mom (that job never stops but it's well worth it!)

I enjoy mowing the lawn but no other yard work.

I can't sleep without my leg pillow.Yes it comes with me on vacation to.
I always have to have nail polish on my toes ,even in the winter.
I have 18 watches but 9 of them don't work.

Ryker goes potty!!

Ryker went pee pee on the potty today for the first time !! this is no April fools joke. This morning when he woke up I went to go change him and his diaper was surprisingly dry! so I rushed him to the potty and sat him on his new cars potty seat. At first he said "No don't want it" and was trying to get off . So I just talked to him and said I would get him some stickers if he goes pee pee on the potty (he loves to put stickers on paper) so I thought this would be a good bribe. I told him to stay sitting and I ran down stairs to get some stickers and I could hear him up there saying "mommy I done,off" I took the stickers up to him to see he was still sitting with pee on the floor and in the toilet! I was so excited he went . So today I went and got a potty chart and some cars ,spider man and mickey stickers for him to put on his chart. Hopefully we can keep this up even if it's only in the morning when he first wakes up for the first little while. Any one have any tips on this potty training thing?? I feel like its going to be the hardest thing ,getting rid of the binkie and bottle was cake but i don't know about this potty training thing.
